Creative Production & Animation Intern

We’re looking for a creative intern to help develop visual stories — turning ideas into references, keyframes, shot concepts, and animation sequences for a confidential educational storytelling project. You’ll work at the intersection of cinema, design, and visual development, helping shape how a story looks, moves, and feels.

• Create and organize visual references for characters, scenes, and worlds.
• Help develop keyframes and shot concepts that establish look, framing, and motion.
• Support character, scene, and visual continuity across shots.
• Assist with cinematic sequencing and visual development.
• Explore modern image, video, and animation tools as part of the production process.
• Support production workflow organization so the work stays clean and repeatable.
• Help transform story ideas into clear visual sequences — from rough concept to a watchable progression.

• A student or early-career creative in animation, cinema, design, illustration, or a related field.
• Interested in animation, cinema, design, storytelling, visual development, or creative technology.
• Strong visual taste, with an eye for detail, framing, and continuity.
• Organized and reliable — you keep work tidy and you follow through.
• Comfortable experimenting with new creative tools.
• A clear communicator who can give and take direction well.

• Internship, with room to grow into ongoing work.
• São Paulo preferred; hybrid or remote may be possible for the right person.
• You’ll work closely with the studio on a real project, under confidentiality.
